Pocket Buddy is operated by Surf Games LLC (“Surf Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Pocket Buddy, our website, or related services.

Pocket Buddy is a mobile budgeting app designed to help users manually track income, expenses, bills, savings goals, weekly money flow, and daily safe-to-spend amounts.

Local Budget Data

Pocket Buddy allows you to enter budget information inside the app, such as income, expenses, bills, transaction categories, savings goals, and budget preferences.

Surf Games LLC does not collect, access, or store your manual budget entries unless you choose to send that information to us, enable a feature that sends information off your device, or contact support with that information.

Pocket Buddy may use your local budget data on your device to calculate and display features such as daily safe-to-spend amounts, weekly spending progress, savings progress, money left, and transaction history.

Bank Connections

Pocket Buddy is designed as a manual-first budgeting app. Pocket Buddy does not currently connect to your bank account, collect bank login credentials, automatically import bank transactions, provide credit products, or perform investment tracking.

If we add bank-linking, account aggregation, cloud sync, or similar features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features are made available.

Although we do not collect your manual budget entries, we may collect limited information that you choose to provide or that is needed to operate our website or app, including:

Manual budget entries stored locally on your device can be removed by deleting them in the app, resetting app data, or uninstalling Pocket Buddy, depending on the app features available on your device.
